Officer Steven Kincaid

Officer Kincaid joined the City of Kiel Police Department in January of 2019 as a part-time officer.  Officer Kincaid brings a variety of skills and background including extensive computer and networking knowledge and several years of law enforcement experience with the Waupaca County Sheriff's Office as a Deputy of the Water Patrol unit.  In addition to Waupaca County, Officer Kincaid serves as a Patrol Officer for the Cities of Shiocton and Manawa.  

Officer Kincaid is a lifelong student and enjoys taking on new challenges all the time.  His education at Fox Valley Technical College in Forensic Science, Cyber Crime Investigation, and Law Enforcement provides him with a solid foundation for a successful second career in Law Enforcement.  Officer Kincaid engages with the community in positive ways in both his career and outside of work by currently servings as a member and as a Board member for the Appleton Fox Cities Kiwanis Club and serving as a volunteer Instructor of Boater Safety for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

In Officer Kincaid's off-time, he trains for Ultra-Marathons.  This year alone he’s already completed the Runaway to the Bay 55 mile run as a two-man relay and in the months to come he has the Cellcom Full Marathon scheduled for mid May, the Wolfman Triathlon at the beginning of September followed by Ragnar Wisconsin and the Fox Cities Full Marathon at the end of September, and finally his ultimate goal of completed the Fall 50 as a solo runner to celebrate turning 50!
